Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by:

1. Completing the online request form.
2. Completing the tear-off slip by fax or by writing down your name and medication required.

Telephone requests cannot be accepted (at present) since they block the phone for other patients and can lead to mistakes being made. We are looking to set-up a system to enable patients to leave a voicemail message without having to queue on the telephone system. The medication request will then be dealt with by the reception staff.

Please allow at least 48 hours notice for completion.

Repeat prescriptions need to be reviewed on a regular basis and it is standard practice to issue one month’s supply at a time.
