NEW GP

Having recently moved into our new building (October 2006) our patient list size has increased by a considerable amount therefore over the last 3-4 months we have been through a detailed and lengthy recruitment process to increase our number of GPs.

Following our recent recruitment process we are pleased to announce that Dr Richard Scott will be joining our practice team from 01/08/07. Dr Scott has recently completing all of his training and is looking forward to working in General Practice. He has a ENT (Ear,Nose and Throat), Orthopaedics and Minor Surgical training background all of which he looking to maintain within a primary care setting.

NEW RECEPTIONIST

We are pleased to inform you that we have now recruited a new Medical Receptionist, Freyja Thirlaway, who has joined our team from 30th October 2007.

Freyja has substantial experience working at Senior Receptionist level within the hotel environment. Both her communication and customer relations skills are of the highest level as we look to improve the service we offer to our patients.

FLU VACCINES

As the flu vaccination season is quickly approaching us and with the problems we encountered last year due to the late delivery of the vaccine, we will be receiving our vaccinations on the week commencing 5th October 2007. Appointments will be able to be arranged nearer this time.
