The surgery is open from 8.20 am until 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9 -12 on Saturday mornings for routine appointments only.

Appointments can be made by telephone from 8.00 am until 11:30 am and between 1 pm and 6:30pm.

The Doctors work together as a partnership. The Practice operates a 48 hour appointment system but patients can book in advance up to 4 weeks. You can consult any Doctor in the Practice but we would encourage you to see your usual Doctor whenever possible and to follow through an illness with the same doctor.

Appointments can be made at the surgery, online or by telephoning during surgery opening times.

If you have an urgent problem, please make this clear to the receptionist. We aim to offer urgent appointments within 24 hours but it may be necessary to see a doctor other than the one usually seen.

Sometimes you may want to speak to a doctor or nurse about something but do not need to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment. If you would like to talk to someone over the phone, you can book this in with reception who will take your number and arrange a suitable time.

Missed appointments cost the NHS thousands of pounds every year. Please inform the surgery as soon as possible if you cannot attend. This will help us to make appointments available to as many patients as possible.
